On 1st May 2026, a new legacy began with the opening of The Leadership Oasis, a sanctuary designed for purposeful transformation. More than just a physical space, this milestone represents a bold vision to strengthen communities and inspire leaders through intentional action and a deep commitment to service. In an era where leadership demands constant resilience, this achievement serves as a vital reminder that serving others is the cornerstone of great change.

Our team members, Pillar Mbabazi and Dorah Kamwine joined Civ source Africa and other partners. The Leadership Oasis addresses a critical need in the modern world, the restoration of balance in leadership. Leaders today face unrelenting pressure and heavy responsibilities… the Oasis provides them with a necessary environment to pause, reflect, grow and renew their sense of purpose. By offering a space to recharge and gain fresh perspectives, it empowers individuals to continue their work with renewed wisdom, confidence and impact.
