CELEBRATING LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE AT THE 2025 LEADERS’ GALA AND BALL.

On the evening of October 2nd 2025, the spirit of leadership and service came alive on the grand stage at the Leaders’ Gala and Ball, a prestigious gathering that brought together changemakers and visionary young leaders from across the nation.

We were proud to be part of #LeadersGala2025, a truly remarkable celebration that not only honored leadership excellence but also reaffirmed the collective commitment to driving positive change within our communities. The atmosphere was filled with inspiration, connection and purpose as leaders from diverse sectors shared insights and experiences that continue to shape Uganda’s future.

One of the most profound moments of the evening came during the CEO Civ source, Jackie Asiimwe who reminded us that our roots remind us where we come from so when tough times hit, we bend but do not  break. Her words captured the resilience and grounded strength that great leaders embody anchored in values yet adaptable in the face of challenges.

 Equally moving was the reflection from keynote speech by Slyvia Mulinge, CEO MTN Uganda who reminded everyone that true leadership is not defined by titles but by service, purpose and the positive difference we make in the lives of others. Her words captured the essence of what it means to lead with authenticity and heart, an enduring message that continues to resonate deeply.

As an organization, we remain steadfast in our mission to nurture the next generation of leaders. Through our mentorship programs, we are equipping young people with the skills, values and courage they need to lead with integrity, empathy and vision. We believe that when leadership is rooted in compassion and guided by purpose, it inspires real transformation both within individuals and across communities.

The Leaders’ Gala and Ball 2025 was a testament to the power of collaboration and service. It reignited our shared belief that leadership is not about position or privilege but about the ability to uplift others and create a lasting impact.

As we look ahead, we carry forward the lessons, connections and inspiration from this memorable evening, committed to building a generation of leaders who will continue to shape a brighter and more inclusive future for all.
